There is something very wrong with the essence of our system; if an ILLEGAL immigrant can sue a county for being imprisoned unfairly or incorrectly.  When are we as Americans going to stop letting non-residents abuse the rights our fathers fought to provide us?   I have no sympathy for people who come to a country to take advantage of the positive...and then abuse the system, steal, rape and lie...get "lost" in our jail system.  He was given more food and comfort then he deserved while incarcerated.  If he can't speak English...its his problem; and he certainly should NOT benefit financially from it or the mistakes/lack of communication that it causes.  There are so many red flags about this guy....why wasn't he deported as an illegal?  This entire situation and what our country has become because of illegal immigrants...sickens me.
